I wasn't expecting much of a knife at this price - something just for rough knocking around - but frankly this is really not bad. It has a full, thick tang, real wood handle, looks like 440 steel, holds a decent edge. It's not 110% in the details - there is a slight imperfection in the grain of the wood on one side, and the blade has a very light burnish on one side. The knife was made in Pakistan; what it lacks in perfect finish, it makes up for in looking like it's actually made for work and getting dirty. Considering you can easily drop $100 or more on a decent hunting knife, this is an excellent value. The seller could use a kick in the butt though, it took almost two weeks for delivery.

Its only good if you just want a cheap knife to use for work or something. Its made over seas in Pakistan.

I will be putting this knife to the test this weekend. I'm not worried by its looks, for this will be used for what its named for "boar hunter" hunting. This was a pretty fast delivery, less then a week to Hawaii. Now on to the knife, love that its full tang and thick to boot, honestly I like that its not pretty, most hunting knives look to pretty I don't need pretty I want durability. The sheath could use some work but that's not a problem. Needs some sharpening but hey so does most knives purchased online . Tested it on a pork shoulder roast after I sharpened it, wifey got mad but I needed to test it on the real thing before I go out this weekend right? All in all the knife is good and I may just order another one for 10 bucks what the hell.
