By Allan Tischler
I would have rated this folding knife as 4 stars IF it had a 4.3 inch blade as described. It's actually 3.3" [Please see the photos that I've uploaded]. The knife I received was not quite as sharp as I've seen for other inexpensive knives available through Amazon. I've purchased enough of these under $10 knives to observe that while most are surprisingly sharp out of the box, but some are not. More importantly, this knife can hold a good sharp edge with a little sharpening. This knife has a rubberized surface on front side. There is a good pocket/belt clip on the other side, which isn't rubberized, but still has an effective non-skid surface. One plus for me is that the blade and handle are not treated black, so it will not show wear so readily. Overall, a very good knife for the money. It opens easily with one hand and locks firmly in place with with a click.
Typically, inexpensive folding knives like this one, as well as many others available through Amazon, are held together with Torx-type screws rather than rivets. It is more likely than not that these knives, which are assembled in China, are not treated with thread-locking agent, so that it is likely that with normal use the screws may become lose. I would recommend disassembling the the screws (Torx wrench #6) and treating with a threadlocking treatment (e.g. Loctite Blue). Such treatment can help assure one of a more reliable knife.

By John P.
Gonna make this quick:
Pros:
Hefty weight
No play
Ergonomic
Takes an edge easy
Good clip
Dual thumb studs
Cons:
Rubberized grip insert was peeling off right out of the box but you can glue it back on.
The liner lock does not work properly. It feels tight to the hand but smack the back on the side of your chair or a tree etc. and the blade will close on your hand. It appears to be a flaw in the grind where the lock meets the blade. I noticed a heavy slant on the blade where the lock should slide under but can't. You can use a key or another knife to slide the lock into a safe position but you'd have to do it every time you use it because it can't naturally reach a safe distance.
This is my experience with this product and may not be the same for you. I could have just received a defective product
EDIT: Got this item replaced (only took 2 days) and indeed the original was defective. My new one has the grip tight on and the lock is flawless. Very smooth action, tight lockup, and an all around really good design. it's working great for EDC. Changed rating to 5/5 because it's great for the price.

By H. Granados
It seems like a good knife for what I use it for.
I am not a knife connoisseur nor do I own other knives. Therefore I don't know what to compare it to and what would make it a better knife over others.
I bought it cause of the popularity of the brand.
I use it to cut through tires at my auto repair shop. Sometimes when I can't remove the valve core to let out the air from the tires, I have no choice but to slash through the tire. I only had to use it a few times so far, so not much experience with it so far but it seems to do a pretty good job.
It has not failed me yet
Also I have used it a couple of times to peel some oranges and cut pies. I clean it properly before doing so of course...LOL
I have no complaints about this knife, so if this looks like something for you then definetly buy this one.
