5Great knife for the price
By may
I got this as my normal carry knife a while back.

I am generally happy with it. The assisted open is very handy when trying to juggle packages or tent lines. It is a little awkward to release the lock when closing it (always requires two hands), but if I have to choose, I would rather it be easier to open than to close.

The knife holds a blade well and is sharp enough to handle all my every-day tasks.

I like the additional features of the seatbelt cutter and glass breaking tip. I hope I never need them, but it's nice to have anyway.

I found one down side to this blade. Since I carry it clipped to my pocket, the knob that invokes the assisted open is easy to bump when I reach into my pocket. This sometimes results in the blade partially opening in my pocket. It has happened only a few times, but it is something I need to be conscious of when reaching into my pocket. In jeans it is less of an issue because the shape of my pocket holds the blade closed while it is clipped. Slacks or other pants with looser pockets can result in an exposed edge in the pocket to catch finger tips or even the thigh given pressure in just the right spot on a partially open blade.
